Why can't I read this ebook? Simultaneous User Limit

I want to read an ebook, but the content does not display. Instead, I see a message that says "Simultaneous User Limit Exceeded."

Answer

Access to resources is first-come, first-serve. Just like our physical books can only be checked out to as many people as we have copies, Simultaneous Use Exceeded means we've reached our licensed-use limit for a particular digital book.

Try again later, in a couple of hours or another day. If the problem persists, let us know.
