When making an interlibrary loan request I get the error “This ILL requires IP authentication”
I am attempting to make an inter library loan request and get the error “This ILL requires IP authentication” Can you help me complete the request?
Answer
Before you can request an ILL item, you must sign into your Library account. Click the Sign In button (located at the upper right of WorldCat) and then request the item.
